Construction is right on track for the hotel complex at San Martinho Beach Club in Bilene, Mozambique. The 20-suite hotel will be right on the beach, located behind reception. The hotel suites will be clustered around a sparkling rim flow pool and will boast unrivalled views of the azure lagoon. Other exciting additions to this new hotel complex include a long-awaited café, bar and conference facilities.

The Rental Pool Explained

What is the BMP Rental Pool. This is a VAT registered Rental Pool (accepted by SARS) where your unit is automatically placed on rental availability to generate income for all participating BMP Owners. The purchase of your sectional title unit automatically qualifies you for participation. BMP has exclusive rental rights to BMP resorts so you may not rent out your unit privately.

Development at The Kingdom resort isn't slowing down, and investment in this popular family resort is definitely paying off. The resort recently released another 88 sections into the rental pool, with the completion of Node C and partial development of Node D. The rental pool has been operational for 36 months.
